721 Walton Avenue, located in the Concourse neighborhood of the Bronx, is a six-story prewar elevator apartment building built in 1927. The building contains 120 units, 99 of which are rent-stabilized. It sits at the corner of its Walton Avenue block, near Yankee Stadium.

By installing Kelvin's system of Cozys throughout the building, 721 Walton Avenue has saved $28,432 in heating costs. Heating gas use has dropped 31.9%. These savings have avoided 99.2 tCO2e of carbon emissions. Residents now enjoy more even heat, and the building become compliant with Local Law 97.
