Fordham Hill Oval

Fordham Hill Oval, located in the University Heights neighborhood of the Bronx, is a gated cooperative complex built in 1950. The complex comprises nine high-rise buildings with roughly 1,130 apartments on about seven acres of landscaped grounds. It sits near Fordham Road and Sedgwick Avenue, overlooking the Harlem River.

By installing Kelvin's system of Cozys throughout the complex, Fordham Hill Oval has saved $204,472 in heating costs. Heating gas consumption has fallen 27.1%. This means that the installation of Cozys has helped the campus avoid 706.4 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e). Residents can now enjoy more consistent, controllable comfort, while also becoming compliant with Local Law 97.
