Earlier this year, Kelvin received $125,000 through the Deployment Grant Fund from The Clean Fight. The grant will enable us to install our Adaptive Electrification platform, which provides precise temperature control for residents and enabled participation in demand response revenue sharing for the building, which offset project costs. This demand response financing model has the potential to make the transition to electrification accessible to LMI and affordable housing communities, transforming the efforts towards electrifying buildings.
