Watt Hall at Columbia University is a 90-unit pre-war building was built in 1910 and is located in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of Manhattan. The property serves as undergraduate residential dorm for approximately 200 students. By installing 90 Cozys in the building, Watt Hall saw a 45% reduction in heating costs and significant carbon emissions reductions. The building is currently in compliance with Local Law 97 in New York City.
